Within the Institute over 600 researchers are involved in experimental and clinical research, which spans from immunology, vascular biology, cancer, central nervous system, nephrology and biomedical engineering. IRFMN in Bergamo is focused on experimental and clinical nephrology, and works in close connection with the Department of Medicine of the A.O.
